View of the Potomac River from the C&O Canal tow path in Cumberland, MD (where the Potomac River and Wills Creek converge.) On the left side of the river is West Virginia, on the right side is Maryland. Connecting the two states is the bridge known as "Blue Bridge" to local residents, with a small waterfall cascading under it. The building in the right background area is the Allegany County Courthouse.
